Exchange & Alteration Policy

At Label Kalon, each piece is specially crafted on a made-to-order basis, tailored with attention to detail and individual preferences. Due to the customized nature of our garments, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

However, we are committed to ensuring the perfect fit for you.

Alterations

We offer alteration support in case of minor sizing adjustments.

Alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Customers are required to ship the product back to us for alterations
Reverse shipping and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Our team will assist you throughout the process to ensure the best possible fit.

Important Note

Since all pieces are made-to-order, slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish may occur, which are a natural part of handcrafted fashion and not considered defects.
